Primary Purpose
Rasasa Africa seeks a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to mentor sales representatives, drive performance, and achieve ambitious targets. This role requires leadership excellence, proven sales management experience, and a passion for developing team capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Team Management
- Guide and support a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Sales Target Achievement
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
Sales Training & Development
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM best practices.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Collaborate with the team to identify high-potential leads.
- Optimize lead generation strategies in coordination with marketing.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data.
- Provide actionable insights to management for better decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline with strong academic performance.
- Experience: 3+ years in field sales managing agents, with a track record of exceeding targets.
